Only Malaysian citizens or residents aged 21 and above are permitted to register an account on 7reel cc. Each individual may hold only one account. Registration details must be accurate and current — full name as per MyKad, an active phone number, and a valid email address. 7reel cc reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time.
All transactions on 7reel cc are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) using approved local payment methods — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks). Minimum deposit is RM 20. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed.
All bonuses offered by 7reel cc are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) as specified in each individual promotion. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash before the rollover is met. Only one Welcome Bonus is permitted per new member. 7reel cc reserves the right to void any bonus if abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms is detected.
All Sports Betting wagers on 7reel cc are final once confirmed by the system. Match results are based on official outcomes announced by the relevant league or competition organiser. For postponed or cancelled matches, the cancellation and refund policy set out in Section 6 of these terms will apply. The casino uses certified RNG to ensure fairness.
Members are fully responsible for keeping their 7reel cc account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. 7reel cc will never ask for your password via email or live chat. By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any part of the 7reel cc platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully agreed to all terms stated herein. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 7reel cc platform, including its website, mobile application, and all services provided therein. These Terms take effect from the date you register your account or the date you first use the 7reel cc platform, whichever is earlier.
Continued use of the 7reel cc platform following any announced amendments to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those revised terms. 7reel cc will provide reasonable notice before any major amendments take effect, typically via registered email or in-platform notification.

To register and use the 7reel cc platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:
7reel cc reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other relevant documents) at any time to verify member eligibility. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account.
The 7reel cc platform strictly prohibits use by individuals under the age of 21. If there is evidence that a registered member has provided a false age, the account will be closed immediately and all balances, including any winnings, will be forfeited.
Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at 7reel cc. Having more than one account — whether using the same or different information — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and winnings without compensation.

Your account password is your sole responsibility — choose a strong password and do not share it with anyone, including the 7reel cc support team. The minimum deposit is RM 20 per transaction. All deposits are credited to your 7reel cc account balance within 30 seconds of payment confirmation. If your deposit has not been credited within 10 minutes, please contact the 7reel cc support team via live chat and provide your transaction proof for immediate review.

Members may voluntarily close their 7reel cc account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any valid account balance (excluding incomplete bonus rollovers) will be returned to the original payment method within that period.
7reel cc reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall first be addressed through mutual discussion, and if unresolved, through the appropriate legal process under Malaysian jurisdiction.
